Set up a Japanese branch of your company.
If your company is doing well and you want to establish a market in Japan, set up a Japan branch and dispatch staff.
Since the Japan branch is a division of your company, you do not need to invest any capital in it.
At that time, your staff must obtain an Intra-company Transferee Visa.
Employees who have been with your company for at least one year are eligible to apply for this visa.
Your company must also have sufficient financial resources and sales to support a Japanese branch.
